EverPay Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryPay mobile application and related services ("EveryPay" or the "App"). EveryPay is designed to provide employees with the ability to access a portion of their salaries on a daily basis. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EveryPay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable policies and guidelines, which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and an employee of a participating employer to use EveryPay. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. EveryPay Services

EveryPay provides employees with the ability to access up to 50% of their earned salaries on a daily basis. The exact terms and conditions for accessing and using this service are determined by your employer and may vary. You agree to abide by the specific terms set by your employer and comply with any additional terms and policies that may be provided by EveryPay or your employer.

4. Account Registration

To use EveryPay, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Privacy and Security

Your use of EveryPay is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the ways in which we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, you should also take precautions to secure your account and personal information.

6. Fees and Charges

EveryPay may charge fees for certain services, which will be communicated to you in advance. By using the App, you agree to pay any applicable fees. Your employer may also specify terms related to fees, which you must adhere to.

7. Termination

EveryPay reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to any funds you have available in your EveryPay account.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

EveryPay makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or quality of the services provided through the App. Your use of EveryPay is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

EveryPay may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
